If you are a pet lover you know just how much man's best friend loves the great outdoors. The great news is St. Louis Park has a few great options when it comes to off leash dog parks. These parks allow your dogs to roam around free and have a great time.

Two of the main off leash dog parks in St. Louis are Dakota Park on Dakota Ave., and Cedar Knoll Park on Nevada Ave. If you have a small dog that is somewhat timid, Dakota Park has a special area for dogs of that nature.

Using St. Louis Dog Parks

In order to use any dog park in St. Louis residents are required to have a dog license. Please note your dog license must be current. Without one you will not be able to get access to the parks. Non-residents will need to purchase a permit for $55.

So, what are folks on a tight budget supposed to do? We wondered the same thing while working with some first-time homebuyers recently so we did some research. Here are three wonderful homes for sale in St. Louis Park, priced under $100,000.

Hot. Fast. Furious. Those are the words that come to the top of my mind when I think about St. Louis Park’s real estate market as we head toward the summer season. Homes are selling for top dollar and quickly. Owners of homes in good condition in popular neighborhoods are seeing multiple offers.

Economic experts are giving us several reasons for this almost-overheated market (it’s happening nationwide). Most of them agree, however, that with the recent bump in interest rates, homebuyers that have been sitting on the sidelines are jumping into the game, afraid that rates will inch ever higher.
